STEM activities are wonderful to spark fun and curiosity in our pupils, we try to promote these activities in Scoil Ghobnatan wherever possible.
This year we are applying for the Curious Minds silver award to highlight all the work that is being done in this area. This will encompass participating in activities that include Maths, Science, Engineering and Technology.
We have already been busy taking part in the Munster Maths and Science Fair, completing Maths week activities as well as constructing some fabulous Monster Houses for Halloween.
Each year, classes take part in Science week in November. During this week, numerous opportunities are provided to learn, discover and have fun with Science which is much enjoyed by both staff and pupils.
